Every batch is inspired by Paulita's (our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother) recipes from northern Mexico — simple ingredients, rich flavor, and that “hecho en casa” feel.

From Our Family’s Kitchen to Your ShelvesPaulita’s Homemade began with a simple idea: share Paulita's authentic recipes — the empanadas de cajeta and gorditas de azúcar that showed up at every family gathering. Today, we bake in small batches with that same care, so your customers feel like someone’s abuela made their dessert, not a factory.
